How do I let GSB know about my travel plans?

We recommend debit cardholders notify us when traveling to help ensure legitimate transactions aren’t flagged by our security and fraud monitoring.

A travel note can be submitted in Online Banking (click the Customer Service dropdown list and select Secure Messaging) or by calling the Customer Service Center at (207) 839-4796.

Please share the following information before you leave town:
