Over a two-day course led by seasoned business consultants, Gerry Brown of Supply Chain Visions and Michelle Neujahr of Nu-yar, entrepreneurs will gain a better understanding of their finances, develop projections to meet their goals, and identify the right mix of financing/investment necessary to make it happen.
“When business owners better understand how all these pieces fit together, the odds for success increase remarkably,” said Gorham Savings Bank President and CEO Steve deCastro, “We’re happy to provide this educational opportunity to local entrepreneurs.”
The program combines hands-on guided exercises in marketing, finance, business planning, and human resource management with time for business owners to turn what they’ve learned into an actionable plan for growth.
