Congratulations Gorham’s Greatest 2014

Employees, Karen Gaudette and Lily Hanstein were recently presented with the 2014 Gorham’s Greatest Customer Service Award. This prestigious award is given annually to two individuals who are role models of the Bank’s Tenets of Customer Service. The peer-nominated candidates were carefully reviewed by a selection committee giving special focus to their commitment to internal and external customer service.

 

Karen Gaudette, a veteran employee for over 25 years, is the Data and Item Processing Officer at the Bank’s Operations Center in Gorham. She was recognized for her dedication to go above and beyond to support not only her co-workers within her immediate department but bank-wide as well. She is also very active in the community, participating in a number of road races to raise funds for various organizations.

 

Lily Hanstein is a Branch Specialist at the Bank’s Commercial Street location. She began her career at Gorham Savings Bank in 2011. Over the years, Lily has proven to be a true advocate for her customers, consistently going above and beyond to assist them. Lily has also played a key role in the Bank’s Winter Wishes Program, which collects toys for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maine around the holidays.
